Welcome to the world, baby Hazel! Riverton Hospital fresh 48, April 8th 2024.

Fresh 48 photography is always so special. There is no experience quite like those first hours after finally meeting your new baby for the first time. Baby Hazel was one of the most precious babies I have ever photographed, her cute little outfit and her sweet baby sister made my day. Mom is a talented hair stylist, she has been doing my hair since I moved to Utah in 2022 and that’s how we met. You can find her incredible work here. Ever since she saw some of my previous fresh 48 photoshoots, she knew she wanted this for her family. I am always honored to photograph fresh 48s and help parents to remember this special time. These first hours always pass in such a blur and babies change so quickly. This is the only time your baby will be so small. In a few days, babies will transform into a grown new babies and even though they’ll still be small, they will definitely look different than from those first few hours. This is the perfect time to freeze all of those sweet newborn details, tiny fingers and wrinkly little feet alone with all the excitement and the raw emotions that meeting a new baby always brings.
