PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Iris Graciela Photography LLC, by using our photography services and our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Booking Deposit and Payment
The Client shall make a non refundable booking fee as per contract to secure your booking and in order for us to perform the services specified in the contract. Please contact us to discuss details, availability and pricing.

Cancellation Policy
If client needs to cancel the session, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your session. If you or anyone in your family become sick the days prior to your session, please contact us to discuss rescheduling. Your session will be rescheduled at no extra cost, Failure to report sickness will result in cancellation of your time immediately. Please contact us if you have any questions. 

Photographic Materials and Copyright
All photographic materials, such as original negatives, photos, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer owns the copyright in all images created and may use the work for social media, portfolio, blogging, advertising and self-promotion. Usage outside the bounds of this agreement will require the Client’s consent. If you don't want to have your images online or public, please contact me to discuss your needs. We will capture images based on your package or arrangement. As your photographer, I retain the right to creative judgment when selecting the final images when editing and delivering your images.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible to cooperate during the photography session to ensure a successful outcome.

Client’s Usage
 The Client has limited license to use the photographs and prints : Your photographs are for personal use only. Clients may share with family, friends and on their social media, blog and personal accounts. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet. altered in color, or edited in any way.Commercial use is prohibited without written consent from your photographer.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
While we take care of all reasonable precautions and training to safely perform our services. It is client’s responsibility to take care of themselves and children.
Iris Graciela Photography will not be liable for any loss, damage, parking tickets or injury. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Iris Graciela Photography LLC harmless against any claims, damages or expenses arising from the use of the photography services and including but not limited to any third party claims.
